I got a great deal on iDrive but for external drives they only allow backups and not sync so I started to get extra invoices for exceeding my quota (actually they just used my registered payment to fund it, until I found out). Plus, I now have a NAS that I didn't when I started with them, and in order for me to keep it backed up, CrashPlan requires it be mounted, which I don't always want to do. Long story short, I have a external 6TB (USB) drive, that I would like to keep synced to cloud backup. I've been a CrashPlan user for 10+ years, but I'm increasingly frustrated with very slow speeds.
